Damn it, i wanted to do a vlog with pat this morning, but i can't. So i have to resort to the written kind of communication. Still in the studio here, everything is going great right now. We are moving along at a great pace. I'm telling you, this is gonna be pretty allright music. I'm really excited to going back on tour really. Traveling and meeting all you guys again is gonna be great. And giving a weekly update of what at and i are up to with the radio show is gonna give a whole new dimension to touring. Whole new man... I mean... Come on! Personal info that you can only get by listening to MOTHH radio show / podcast. Well, it's time to get back to work for me!

hey there people. this is your friend sebastien here. well, i guess for some of you it's been a while since you've heard from me. i realised that i've been blogging a little bit more on the man of the hour myspace. but here it is and it's all gonna be simple plan news now. we are spending our whole days in the studio recording drums right now and making sure that the songs are exactly the way we want them. sometimes, we get around to playing guitar hero 2 where i get to kick major ass. i'm really enjoying this. life is good let me tell you that. we will be coming back home to montreal to work on the rest of the instruments this coming saturday. i have a bunch of sopranos episodes saved up for the flight. makes time fly faster... get it? i also played paparazzi this morning on the way to the studio so here's a bunch of pictures i took of everyone very randomly. you'll notice that i had to change cars to be able to take them all... it kind of looked like that movie Speed when i was doing that.
well, everyone is doing great, is happy and is looking better by the minute. i tell you, jeff and chuck and on some very healthy streak and they spend most of the day comparing workout patterns. i'm still doing my thing in my down times... playing old school video games, replying to some MOTHH myspace messages... you know.
it's 12h40PM here in LA and we are late on the start of the day.
everybody is giving me the look so i better stop this non sense and get to work. talk to you soon cool people!

Hi from Sebastien

Well i guess it's my turn to blog.

We had a great week at the studio last week, and are just about to have a great one again. Playing guitar is fun but we actually did this one part in a song where pierre, david and I all got around the same mic to sing this "gang vocal". Now that's what i really like to do in the studio, singing. Also, like you may have figured out from the vlogs we have been doing, there is some down time. So i'm pretty much half way through the latest Harry Potter now. Loving every single page of it, i i think i will stay off the comment boards to make sure none of you guys try to spoil it. Nah, just kidding, i know you would never do that, you guys are cool. Also, still once a week, Pat and I get to the studio a little earlier than everyone to make sure we have time to record a "Man of the Hour Hour" for you listening pleasure and for our own entertainment. Before i forget, this past saturday we went out in Montreal to a little terrace and we had the best of times. That's it! Just wanted you people to know that.
I have to go work in a minute, it's 1h02pm now and we are about to start our day. We have started and almost finished 6 songs instrumentally. Which means that Pierre still has some work to do... and so do we actually. And Stuey the studio dog just farted so i can't stay where i'm sitting much longer. Talk to you next monday, or i might be featured at a vlog near you.

SEB BLOGS- AN HOUR BY HOUR ACCOUNT
Hey there, seb here. I could tell you that we are having fun in LA, that the video will rock, but i get the feeling that you will be hearing that a lot as soon as you see video’s from patrick. So, i decided to give a very detailed “play by play” of my day. Now that we are back on the road working and doing promo, there’s a lot going on in a simple day.

6:15am: The alarm goes off on my phone. Time to get up. I don’t have time to eat or shower cuz it’s too freaking early. It’s all good i plan to sleep a bit more on the plane and shower when i get to LA.

8:30am: After spending more then an hour going through customs and security, i finally sit down at the gate and have time to eat a croisandwish that i picked up at Burger King. The flight is boarding.

11:41am: I still have not slept. I got into a show called “Six Feet Under” and i only had 2 more episodes to watch for me to be done with the entire thing. The 5 seasons. So i just got done watching this and let me tell you it is the saddest thing i have ever watched and i definitely brought tears to my eyes. I will try to get a bit of sleep now.

1:26pm: Slept for about 30 minutes. I had a little chat with david about lunch and decided that the chicken sub was the right idea. Now, i’m gonna eat that while i watch a little more tv.

12:30pm LA time: Ok we are waiting for our bags, nothing exciting here.

2:30pm: After a detour and traffic, we are finalyl at the hotel. Lucky me, i have a pool view. It’s very nice. I have a couple hours to kill before going to the fitting. That’s right, we are here in LA to shoot a video and we all have to figure out what we are gonna wear. So we are doing that tonight at 5.

4:44pm: Looking at the time. I took these couple hours to catch up witha couple of friends and to check out comments on the sp website and myspace. Good stuff. I’m gonna go downstairs in 7 minutes not to be late. I let you know all about it when i get back.

11:35pm: Time to go to bed. Just got back form the fitting. First, the van was 1 hour late picking us up because it went to the wrong hotel. Then, we got to sit in wonderful LA traffic on the way to the location. But it was all worth it because, aside form pizza and pasta, nice clothes were waiting for us. Being the nifty shoppers that we are, we always end up wearing mostly things that we own, but we managed to find some cool things that go well together and with whatever the other guys are wearing. Well, i’m going to bed now. I have to be ready to go tomorrow at 8:30am and it feels like 2:25am for me right now. Pretty tired, but all for a good cause.
